While NUA would be honoured to design your experience from start to finish, we also offer our itineraries independently of our booking services.

The process of planning your NUA experience is simple and thorough.
— We will have an initial consultation about your ideas.
— We will prepare an initial itinerary for your approval.
— We will have a second consultation to discuss any adjustments.
— We will prepare a second draft itinerary for your approval.
And so on…
Once we receive your approval, we will create your complete travel guide and start booking your trip.
In the weeks prior to your travel date, we will be in touch with all the necessary information and
documentation you need. -
Much like our itineraries, NUA does not have a one-size-fits-all fee for our services.
After understanding your budget and travel priorities, NUA will provide you with an itinerary and price breakdown for your approval.
Please note that we work on a commission basis and the commission will be built into your price quote.
A non-refundable service fee is charged for the initial consultation, research and planning of your bespoke experience in Israel.
Here is a breakdown of our service fees;
$250 (1-4 day itinerary)
$500 (5-10 Day itinerary)
Custom Quote (11+ Day Itinerary)Additional services;
$150 Restaurant and Bar Guide and Reservations

Upon confirmation of your itinerary, we require a 30% deposit.
Ninety days before your arrival, the outstanding balance is required.
All quotes are given in US dollars and are based on the exchange rates at the date of the proposal.
In the event of a currency fluctuation of greater than 3% or amendments in local government taxes, we will adjust the price accordingly.

NUA strives to be as accommodating as possible. We know how stressful travel can be when things suddenly change. So, we are here to work with you should you need to reschedule or cancel your trip.
In some cases, it is not possible to get a full refund. In these situations, the following cancellation fees shall apply;
90 > 61 days before the trip, 10% of the Deposit
60 > 31 days before travel 50% of the total fee
30 days before the trip, 100% of the full feeWe will do our best to accommodate any changes, so please do not hesitate to reach out.
We also encourage you to purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy to ensure you can recover as much money as possible in case of an emergency. -

An independent itinerary includes the same detailed travel guide as our full offering.
It differs in that we do not make bookings or offer unlimited itinerary drafts. However, our consultations are extensive, made with the goal of ensuring your satisfaction. Your experience with NUA and, as a result, your experience of Israel is of paramount importance to us.
